Implementation of 2.23 hectares of regenerative vineyards, and transformation of approximately 1 hectare from conventional to regenerative vineyards, both located within the municipal area of ​​Hontoria
of Valdearados, with the aim of creating two pilot plots inside the Coto Farm.

The concern for the sustainable management of resources, the reduction of the productive years of the vines, the permanent increase in the inputs necessary to obtain competitive production, and the undeniable effect of climate change on the sector, leads to the questioning of the current systems of vineyard management and the reviewing of traditional viticulture systems, in search for agrosystems that include the complexity of natural systems in their management, as is the case of regenerative viticulture.
