One Arts Plaza.

Situated at the eastern terminus of the Arts District in Downtown Dallas, One Arts Plaza was conceived to be a core of life, business, and pleasure. Today, that is what it has become. 

Responding to the architecture, the rigidity of the motor court is interrupted by basalt logs floating above the center fountain.  In the evenings, the motor court is transformed into a plaza full of life.  The fountain becomes the focal point, illuminating the plaza and adding a sense of privacy for the adjacent restaurant terraces.
